As for the bike, a Tern HSD. It is a wonderful robust piece of machinery packed with enough tech and load carrying ability to easily replace a second car and definitely a viable alternative to PT. Say goodbye to traffic jams!
The Tern is also the best bike I have ever ridden in wet weather. So wonderful to see so many small red and big blue bikes out and about. This is the future of micromobility!
