Free delivery to your home and a 45 min introduction to riding your new Lug+Carrie with kids. We will also show you how to lock, charge and care for your new wheels.

Have Fun

We’re here for you. Any issues with your bike and we will come to your place to get you rolling again. There’s even roadside assistance! It’s all part of the standard Lug+Carrie subscription.

Continue Riding

After 8 weeks, you can transition to a weekly subscription with Lug+Carrie, buy your bike to keep riding or book in your return at no extra cost. ​​

Why should I ride with Lug+Carrie?

Our bikes are EFBE Tested for safety and have batteries that are UL-certified, meaning that they are a safe and reliable transport option to carry your precious cargo.

Who is this trial for?

The offer is for families who have a child enrolled at one of the following schools:

  • Brunswick North Primary
  • Pascoe Vale Primary
  • Moomba Park Primary
  • Fawkner Primary
  • Oak Park Primary
  • Glenroy West Primary 
Are there any upfront costs?

You will be asked to complete two surveys and pay a $44 deposit as part of the application process. This $44 will be credited back to you against your weekly discounted subscription. 

What happens at the end of the 8 weeks?

6 weeks into the trial you’ll receive an email asking if you would like to continue riding your bike. If you cancel your subscription before the end of week 7, we will pick up your bike for free after the trial.

If you do not notify us that you would like to cancel, your trial will transition to a weekly subscription, and the standard cancellation period of 28 days will apply.

8 week trial Terms & Conditions

By signing up you agree to our standard terms and conditions which can be read here. 

As part of this trial, we will waive our 4-week cancellation period if you cancel before the end of week 7 of your trial.

If you choose to continue your subscription past the 8-week trial, the standard 28-day cancellation period will apply.

Offer is not available for active Lug+Carrie subscribers.
