I can’t say enough good things about Lug & Carrie. The HSD is my car replacement, and is truly life-changing. Yesterday I went to the gym, commuted to work, ferried my 4yo to kinder and swimming lessons and did a grocery run, all on the bike. The bike is intuitive, convenient, powerful and fun to ride. And while I could buy an HSD, renting via Lug & Carrie is worth it. The service is fantastic. They respond quickly, give excellent advice, provide thoughtful inclusions and are lovely humans in general. The ability to switch out accessories (even the full bike!) is really handy and obviously more cost-effective than buying outright each time. I’d add another star if I could!
