I’ve been renting a Lug & Carrie for nearly 2 years now and it’s been a game changer for my family. It’s a brilliant form of transport, got me back on a bike after having 2 kids and saves many many car trips, converting the commuting/drop off run from being stressful to being fun. We have had lots of adventures on the bike and the kids love it. I recently got knocked off my bike in a small accident and Lug & Carrie were incredibly empathetic and came over and quickly got the bike up and running again for me. I was shaken but also amazed how none of us were injured due to the safety features of the bike, which gave me confidence to keep riding. They are lovely people who love their product and provide a brilliant service: worth every cent.
