If you were out braving Melbourne’s mix of sun and rain recently, you may have seen a dozen happy people on Lug & Carrie eBikes cruising the streets.
Melbourne chef and food expert Marco Lori was leading the group, treating them to a tour of some of this favourite spots and other hidden gems. And Marco would know, as he’s been creating Italian cuisine in Melbourne for three decades.

First stop was Enoteca Sileno to try Parmesan cheese and to chat with John, the super knowledgeable and entertaining proprietor.
This was followed by a ride to Largo Butchers in Fitzroy for some grilled salsicce under the awning, while waiting out the morning rain.
