  • Chain, Cassette, and Chain Rings cleaned or replaced as needed.
  • Both wheels trued (straightened).
  • Internal Hub Servicing if gear issues are present or bearings worn.
  • Cable Replacement if worn.
  • Bleed Hydraulic Braking System.

FAQs

Pitstop: This is ideal for quick fixes like flat tyres or broken or derailed chains.
Peace of Mind: Perfect for riders who have completed less than 1000 km, or it has been less than 12 months since their last service.
Like New: Perfect for riders who have completed more than 1000 km, or it has been more than 12 months since their last service.

Pitstop: 15 to 30 minutes. If it requires more than what is included in a  “Pitstop,” we may ask to take the bike to the workshop.
Peace of Mind: Your bike will be ready a day after collection from your local store after 4 p.m. except Sundays. If you would like your bike delivered to your home, this can be arranged at a later time/date in the next available slot. 
Like New: Your bike will be ready a day after being collected from your local store after 4 p.m. except Sundays. If you want your bike delivered to your home, this can be arranged at a later time/date at the next available slot.  

If so, don’t worry we have you covered! Please book “Like New” or call our team to assess your options. Please note that we cannot evaluate the time or parts required to make any repairs without inspecting the bike in person. 

You will only need to make payment once the bike has been serviced or repaired. That means you can pay at pick-up or when we arrange home delivery.

Please note we will deliver your bike back to you when payment has been received.
