Great team great service, great location I even was given a glass of chilled water during my last service As for the bike, a Tern HSD. It is a wonderful robust piece of machinery packed with enough tech and load carrying ability to easily replace a second car and definitely a viable alternative to PT. Say goodbye to traffic jams! The Tern is also the best bike I have ever ridden in wet weather. So wonderful to see so many small red and big blue bikes out and about. This is the future of micromobility!

I love my Lug + Carrie bike. We've had it for just over a year now, and can't imagine life without it. My partner often needs our car for work during the week, so I use the HSD for childcare pickups, for trips to the park, trips to the market, to activities etc. I've also recently returned to the office two days a week, and use it for my commute too (30km round trip). Hiring through Lug + Carrie makes everything so easy - I love that they come to your house for servicing and that you can swap accessories whenever you need to. I highly recommend!
