How will I know my eBike is ready?

You’ll know *almost* as soon as we know! Our teams will be in contact by email with a booking link as soon as your eBike is available.

Will I still be able to get delivery?

Absolutely! It’s just a matter of booking it in. If you want to get riding ASAP though, select ‘in-store’ for your handover. 

What if I've changed my mind about the eBike I want?

No problem! Give us a call on 1300 766 522 and we can make that change for you, whether it’s the eBike model or accessories. We’ll let you know if there’s additional time to wait for what you’re after. 

Can I get my eBike earlier?

We don’t like to queue jump! When you’re next in line, you can be sure that you’re the next person to get an eBike. 

Will the offer I signed up with still apply?

Yes! Any offers you have will be applied from the time your subscription starts.
