For someone who has not ridden the bike for last twenty years, getting an e-bike was a game changer.
It’s so easy to ride with both the kids on it. For us, this has ended the need of having second car or relying on the public transport. On top of it, different accessories that can be added is amazing, so much can be stored and carried, from kids school bags to groceries.
I must say that the service support is excellent. Unfortunately with some bad luck, I ended up using both Rider Rescue and Repair in my first week but the response I got was amazing. On calling Rider Rescue, maxi cab arrived within 10 minutes and bike repair was arranged for next morning.
Everyday I have been doing school and kinder drop & pick up without getting stuck in traffic. Kids enjoy so much at the back, we go through different parks on our way and it’s so easy to stop, without having to worry about the parking spot.
I highly recommend this bike and the service provided by Lug & Carrie to everyone. It’s a change of lifestyle which is sustainable, environment friendly and healthy!!!
