This kicks in the moment you collect your bike. For the friend who referred you (Referrer): Your 50% discount is applied as soon as your friend starts their subscription. Stacking your rewards: If you’re on a roll and refer multiple friends, your discounts queue up automatically, month by month. Peace of mind: Once you’ve earned a referral credit, it’s yours. Even if your friend eventually ends their subscription, your discount remains valid on your account.

What is the ownership giveaway happening right now?

It’s our way of saying thanks! Between Feb 2 and March 1, any subscriber who successfully refers 2 or more friends enters the draw to win their current eBike outright.

I'm not a Lug+Carrie Subscriber, how can I get a discount?

If you see someone riding one of our famous blue bikes out in the wild, or know someone who rides a Lug+Carrie, ask them for their referral link. You’ll get 50% off, they’ll get 50% off, it’s a win-win.

I'm not a subscriber, can I take part in the competition?

We’d love you to! You’ll need to subscribe, then you can start referring. Refer 2 or more friends in February and you’ll be in the draw to win your ride!

If I love it, can I buy my eBike?

Yes! If you fall in love with your subscription eBike, our Pathways to Ownership are the perfect way to convert your weekly payments into equity.
